The Uncaved circle presents, Mental Health and the holiday season virtual forum.
Virtual Forum: Mental Health vs. The Holiday Season. Nov 4th 2025
The holiday season, often portrayed as a time of joy and togetherness, can paradoxically be a source of significant stress and mental health struggles for many men. Social expectations, financial pressures, and the disruption of routine can exacerbate feelings of anxiety, loneliness, and depression.
This virtual forum aims to destigmatize men’s mental health challenges during the holiday season and provide actionable strategies to help maintain resilience, well-being, and genuine connection. There will be professional speakers that will help us find ways to navigate a better mental health journey during such time as the holiday season. Men are encouraged to share experiences, ask questions, and discover tools that empower mental strength through this traditionally challenging time. There will be more information provided as the event approaches, as well as a short introduction of our speakers.
Men's 2nd Annual Men's Conference

Join MMHU for our 2nd annual mental health conference. This is an opportunity for men to learn how to start or continue on your mental health wellness journey by hearing professionals give there expertise and personal experience with mental health. We will also have vendors at your service to help you along your journey and to assist in keeping that journey successful.
